A large Rt. Pleural effusion. The fluid appears clear suggesting serous effusion.
In addition there is mild ascites.
Usual causes include congestive cardiac failure and liver or renal disease.

But despite poorly distended bladder, a hint on B mode ultrasound but revealed on twinkle sign of power Doppler.
Rt. Kidney mild hydronephrosis.
